I am writing to give T and T Investments Inc my highest  recommendation.T and T possesses all the attributes necessary to help first time investors to seasoned investors: they know the market extremely well; they are diligent, responsive, and yet very patient  with their clients. T and T is both is both very professional and personable. They clearly take pride in doing a good job. In my  particular case as an out of state investor, T and T was able to walk me through any issues that may have come up including working with inspectors, insurance providers,mortgage companies and finding the exact property I desired. Not only was T and T helpful in locating properties for me, they provide an excellent property management services.


Being an out of state investor, T and T eliminates the worries of being a property owner. They actively market the properties when they are vacant and handle  all repairs when needed. They send monthly reports, which includes all receipts for repairs,monies received and any other documentation pertaining to the properties. It would be hard to envision someone doing a better job than T and T Investments in selling, rehabbing, managing properties.
